What is your favourite part of morning conditioning? My favorite part of conditioning is when I get to catch a breath right before running again. No, but seriously, my favourite part of conditioning has to be our holy conversations. We get to vulnerable toward one another and share our testimonies and how good the Lord is for and to us. I also really like the ride home while feeling tired and sore. The amount of dopamine that you have in your body after a hard session is like a reward What do you do when everything is shouting at you to quit? I'm still fighting the battle of not stopping and not giving up when my mind and body is shouting at me to stop. But at the moment I talk to the Lord and sing to Him in my head and that really keeps me going most of the time. I'm also so lucky to be conditioning with a supportive group that pushes me and doesn't allow me to faff or quit. What have you learned in conditioning that applies to your spiritual life? I learned that what you sow, you will reap. If you get up and condition, you sow energy and I can confess that you will reap energy. This also applies to my spiritual life, I will reap the words, actions, and goods that I sow. And it is up to me what harvest I want to have. Do you ever sing in your head while running and what do you sing? Yes, most of the time I do sing in my head. I normally sing in my head when the group is quiet and when we are in a hard stage of the conditioning session. I usually sing Heritage of Faith songs that are fitting in the moment. I noticed that singing to the Lord and confessing that He is my strength through songs really help me to persevere and keep going a while longer. Who introduced you to conditioning? I first started conditioning when I came to MiXchange in January. I started to train in a group but mostly stuck with Nicola and Izaan. What are you most grateful for that conditioning has done for you? Although I won’t admit it in the moment, I'm really thankful that conditioning took me out of my comfort zone. It pushes me to be vulnerable and show others my weaknesses. Conditioning has taught me to increase my capacity and push until I have nothing left and then just a little bit more. I’m also so grateful for the energy that I have gained while conditioning because let me tell you, before I started conditioning I was one TIRED fella

Sowing seed- Before I came to the conference, I thought that you should put away money for something you want. I learned, especially from my Christian family, that you shouldn't give when you don't have that much. But stepping out of the conference I can honestly say that my view on that matter has changed. Earlier this year, Ps Sharon said that when sowing a financial seed, it's not what you give, it's what you have left once you have sown. And Brother Jerry said that what you have has to mean something to you. It has to be significant to you- a sacrifice. If you sow a dress you don't like, you'll get 10 dresses you don't like. You can't plant an apple seed and expect a banana to grow Pure joy- Throughout the conference, I was in a constant state of joy, pure joy. At times I couldn't stop smiling. And the perfume of the people around me and their state of joy also touched me. Usually, when I gave something, I could feel the loss- as if something was taken away from me. But entering the time when we had to give our offerings, I couldn't be happier- the people in the church couldn't be happier. The entire room rejoiced with the giving of their offerings. I believed that the Lord doesn't want to take from us, but He wants to give to us. Brother Jerry said that every major breakthrough recorded in the bible has the principle of sowing a significant seed. I knew that I had to sow my significant seed in order to see a major move of God in my life. And the Lord was so faithful and gave me my breakthrough in only 4 days. Perfume of others- It was amazing to me to see the move of God in and around everyone around me. He touched every heart over this conference. People were crying, laughing, and shaking. Outbursts of joy arouse in many of us. They stepped out and into the glory of God and it was a privilege to witness the revelation they experienced and to see other's life's change right in front of our eyes
